Studio
Wendy Reynolds has taught voice and piano in the Fort Lauderdale area for over ten years. Her studio is full of children and adults of all levels of experience, from opera singers to musical theatre hopefuls, church soloists to chorusters. Some of her former students have gone on to such experiences as the Interlochen Arts Academy, University of Michigan musical theatre program, and Palm Beach Opera chorus. She also enjoys assistant directing and teaching for FAU's summer TOPS program, Teaching Outstanding PerformerS.
VOICE LESSONS
Whether you’re a newcomer or an experienced performer looking for a tune-up, voice lessons are helpful in so many ways!
- Breath control
- Pitch matching
- Music reading
- Strength, projection, stamina
- Greater confidence when you open your mouth!
Gain an understanding of how your instrument works naturally, and then learn how to support a larger and fuller voice. Other skills for beginners are sight-reading, ear-training, and rhythm. Whatever your level, our goal together is to empower you to think for yourself, analyze your own singing, and trouble-shoot on your own in both practice and performance. And to HAVE FUN!

$55 per hour, cash or check to Wendy Reynolds. Longer or shorter lessons are recommended depending on the age and skill-level of the student.
Voice lessons are recorded directly onto CD for ease in practicing and learning repertoire.
24 hours notice needed for cancellations or rescheduling unless due to sickness.
Bring any music you'd like to work on (sheet music is prefered, but CDs are also ok). I also have quite a bit of sheet music in different styles.
